It's always interesting to see things from
other people's points of view. Example:

Most of my tech friends are still buddies
with their friends from high school, but
I'm not because everyone moved far away
and we lost contact. I used to always be
a bit jealous of those with friends out side
of our class, until a few of my friends let
me in on how they feel about it. Turns out
that it pretty difficult to keep high school
friends satisfied when you have as little
free time as us techies do, and it often leads
to misunderstandings and other issues.

I especially hate how the majority of my classmates
cannot think for themselves and constantly rely on
the same people to help them out. What if they're
wrong? Whatever happened to critical thinking?

On another note, I know I am lucky to have as many
friends as I do. About two years ago we went bankrupt
and lost everything we had worked so hard to earn.
On the 15th we drove to Guelph, ON to move in with
family because they told us there were lots of good
jobs available there. That, unfortunately, was a lie, and
if possible, everything only got worse. In April we sold
everything we had left and flew (our car was taken away)
to Calgary (we had found a cheap house for rent in the
South). My dad and I found jobs the first week back, and
slowly everything went back to 'normal'. However, I had
never imagined I would ever be where I am now...

WHY DOES IT SEEM LIKE EVERYONE IN MY CLASS
IS EITHER STUPID, ANNOYING, RUDE, OR HORNY?
